Standing at the intersection of being Black in corporate America, founder’s Imani Ross and Suzan Ghebrekristos shared a common challenge of finding high-impact mentorship opportunities.
They discovered a need amongst their peers at their career level, an affirming mentorship experience that’s centered around intentional, reciprocal growth, and connections. It was then, they decided to create Peerhood.
